Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our training courses through online platforms.
- Engage with customers via chats to provide product information and close sales.
- Follow up with customers, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.
- Track and report daily sales performance to ensure targets are met.
- Support additional tasks as assigned to enhance overall sales operations.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in sales admin, coaching or a similar role.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication skills—confident, engaging, and customer-focused.
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) with professional communication skills.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
