Terms and Conditions for Online Training Courses.

Course Commencement You can start training within 2 months after payment.
Course Suspension Students can suspend their course once, for no more than 2 months. If the suspension exceeds 2 months, there will be a charge of 500 baht per month. When deciding to suspend the course, please notify us 3 days in advance before the next Monday. If notified after that, the suspension will begin the following week, to allow us to properly arrange the student queue.
Refund Policy There is no refund policy.
Copyright We reserve the rights to all documents and videos for online learning with Be Fit With Jess for students under this agreement only. If used for further purposes, modified, distributed, or used for any commercial activities that cause damage to the rights holder in any way, legal action will be taken to the fullest extent of the law.

Product Warranty We will warranty products only in cases of damage or defects from manufacturing or shipping.
Product Claims After receiving the product, you can claim the product in cases of damage or defects within 7 days after receiving the product.
